October 14 Hearing ZOOM Link

Please note the ZOOM link below for the October 14, 2025 hearing of the Fare Fares Appeal which begins at 1:00pm.  Although the hearing is to be held in Skagit County Superior Court, the Judge, Kathy Loring, will ZOOM in from San Juan County.  Our attorney, Carl Marquardt, will be on ZOOM from his Seattle office.  We are assuming that the public can go to the Skagit County Superior Court to attend in person.  We do not know yet whether the County’s attorney will also participate via ZOOM.
