On October 24, 2025 Fair Fares LLC filed the supplement to its original brief.  This supplement was the result of the judge’s ruling to allow 7 more pages to Fair Fares as Skagit County’s attorney had exceeded the mandated 18 page brief limit submitting a 25 page brief.  Their larger brief allowed Skagit’s attorney to develop more fully their case while Fair Fares’ arguments had to be more strictly curtailed.  Judge Kathy Loring ruled that Fair Fares should get an additional 7 pages which had to be filed in 10 days from the October 14, 2025 hearing.
